All our packages include the following:

Pre-event consultation:
Our first face to face meeting with you (depending upon your location!). A chance to meet with us to discuss your event in finer detail and for us to get to know you. A second meeting (if wished) at the event location(s) to discuss photographic opportunities. Regardless, we will carry out an onsite recce before the day to scout out the best locations for the shoot.

Post event:
Post event editing and retouching of photographs taken at your event. A certificate of ownership for the images taken at the event (see our terms and conditions). As many post event meetings as necessary to discuss your images, album etc.

Password protected gallery allowing your friends and family to share your event photographs and order prints.

All our packages include travel within 50 miles of Coatbridge. Please speak if you require us to travel further than this as there may be a mileage charge.

Weekday discount (excluding commercial shoots):
All prices are discounted by 10% if the event takes place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday – UK bank holidays are not included in the weekday discount scheme.

Armed forces discount:
We are proud to support our armed forces. All members of the Armed Forces are given an automatic discount of 10% from the price of the total event on production of a valid ID card.

Group shots:
It is your choice if you want groups shots taken or not at the event – we do not impose our wishes on you! If you want groups shots, please discuss this with us when we meet so we can ensure we take our ‘big’ flash lights with us to the event.
